About My Art & Soul Fine Art Drawings and Crafts
My name is Maria Aurora Araullo-Kenney. My nickname is Ming.
I have had a lifelong passion with art and my mission is to create personalized art work that brings joy and excitement to owners of the art.
My first passion is to work with people and families and to create Portraits that bring alive the great character and personal qualities of the subject and to create a scene that evokes the emotions of that scene. As a result, people will have a deep, fond memory of the moment of the picture. My approach is to work from your favorite photograph, and to customize the photograph according to your wishes.
Caricatures contain a fun way in which to remember ourselves with humor and fondness. I also work from pictures to create the caricatures. I usually get a little personal information about the person so I can personalize the caricature and bring out that person's hobby or special character quality.
If you live in the southern California area, I am happy to go to your party or family gathering to create caricatures for your guests. It really adds an element of fun and play, and creates a great buzz for your gathering.
I have a great love for Still Life creations in which I can explore a subject with great visual detail and richness. Whether the subject is a floral arrangement, inanimate objects, landscape, or whatever, I like to bring the subject to life with vivid colors and a fresh vision. The result is that the art piece's owner will have a visually exciting presence in whatever place it is displayed.
Finally, my work includes the creation of 3-Dimensional papertole art. Whether floral, animal, landscape, or other scene, 3-D art provides a multi-dimensional, powerful presence and seemingly jumps out at the viewer.
All in all, I'd love to have the pleasure of providing for you a work of art that is vibrant, vivid and will bring energy, joy and enthusiasm to your home or office.
